Leadis Technology Inc. designs, develops and markets analog and mixed-signal semiconductor products that enable and enhance the features and capabilities of consumer electronic products. During 2009, the Company sold display driver, power management and audio parts of its business. In September 2009, IXYS Corporation completed the acquisition of the light emitting diode (LED) driver IC and liquid rystal display (LCD) display driver IC business units from the Company.
