Canadian Life Companies Split Corp. is a mutual fund company. The Company invests primarily in a portfolio of commons shares, which includes shares of four publicly traded Canadian life insurance companies: Manulife Financial Corporation, Great-West Lifeco Inc., Sun Life Financial Inc. and Industrial Alliance Insurance & Financial Services. It may also invest up to 20% of the net asset value in equity securities of foreign life insurance companies or other Canadian or foreign financial services corporations other than the four Canadian life insurance companies. Quadravest Inc. is the manager of the Company and Quadravest Capital Management Inc. is the portfolio advisor.
