Lithium One Inc., formerly Coniagas Resources Ltd., is a Canada-based resource company focused on the exploration and development of mineral deposits worldwide. In addition, the Company invests in other companies that engage in similar or related activities. Coniagas holds mining claims in Ontario, Quebec and Newfoundland in Canada. As of December 31, 2008, the Company had explored various mineral claims in Northern Ontario and North-western Quebec. In April 2008, the Company entered into an option agreement to acquire a 100% interest in the Cyr Lithium Prospect located in Northwestern Quebec. The Cyr Lithium Prospect is located 100 kilometers due east of James Bay and 383 kilometers north of Matagami, Quebec. It also owns a 100% interest in the Nudulama (Missanabie Mine) property in the Wawa region of Ontario.
