The Company develops, markets and sells configurable off-the-shelf LIMS software solutions trade-named STARLIMS. STARLIMS manages the collection, processing, storage, retrieval and analysis of information generated in laboratories. Its software provides reporting, monitoring and analysis capabilities, and enables its customers to manage their laboratories. The Company’s STARLIMS software is used by more than 500 laboratories in over 40 countries worldwide. In May 2008, it acquired STARLIMS UK. In August 2008, the Company announced the establishment of STARLIMS Europe as a result of the May 2008 acquisition of its United Kingdom partner.
