LMI Aerospace, Inc. is a provider of design engineering services, structural assemblies, kits and components to the aerospace, defense and technology markets. The Company provides an array of manufacturing capabilities and value-added services to the commercial, corporate, regional and military aircraft and technology markets. LMI Aerospace is a supplier to aircraft original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and Tier 1 aerospace suppliers. In addition to aerospace products, the Company produces components and assemblies for laser equipment used by semiconductor and medical equipment manufacturers in the technology industry. It also provides prototyping and design capabilities to customers to support new product development. The Company operates in two business segments: Aerostructures segment and Engineering Services. In January 2009, it acquired Integrated Technologies, Inc. (Intec).
