Auhua Clean Energy Plc (Auhua) is a holding company. The Company is engaged in technology research and development of solar energy to facilitate household energy appliances for sale and services. The Company�s products include split systems, storage tank and solar panel. Auhua�s sells its brands include Weiliya and Jinbiao. The split solar heater consists of a solar energy collector panel and a storage tank for the heated water. The Company�s subsidiaries include Shandong Auhua New Energy Co., Ltd and Weihai Auhua New Energy Co., Ltd, which are engaged in production and sale of solarpowered water heater system. In July and November 2011, Auhua Holdings Pte. Ltd. (Auhua Holdings) completed the acquisition of Weihai Auhua New Energy Co., Ltd. (Weihai Auhua) and Shandong Auhua New Energy Co., Ltd.
