On October 16, 2007, the Company completed the acquisition of JSPC i-Solutions Berhad, a Malaysian provider of systems, applications and products in data processing (SAP) services. In July 2008, the Company’s Australian subsidiary, Axon Solutions Pty Limited, completed the acquisition of Consulting Principles Pty Ltd. On October 14, 2008, the Company acquired a 10.43% stake in Axon Group PLC. In December 2008, HCL Technologies Limited acquired the Company.
