Its investment in superstores represents 12% of the total portfolio. The British Land Company PLC owns 22 units let to food retailers on retail parks and shopping centers, totaling approximately 1.2 million square feet. The Company’s In-Town Retail portfolio includes shopping centers and department stores in selected locations in towns and cities.
