Intelligent Systems Corporation (ISC) conducts its operations through its subsidiaries. The Company is engaged in two industries: information technology products and services and industrial products. Information technology products and services segment consists of the Company’s CoreCard Software, Inc. (CoreCard) subsidiary, which includes development and sales of software licenses and related professional services and software maintenance contracts. Industrial products segment includes the manufacture and sale of bio-remediating parts washer systems by its subsidiary, ChemFree Corporation (ChemFree). The Company’s subsidiaries include CoreCard Software, Inc., ChemFree Corporation, CoreCard SRL and ISC Software. On April 16, 2008, the Company sold its subsidiary, VISaer, Inc.
