Facilities Management is engaged in the provision of outsourced support services to public and private-sector clients Specialist Services is engaged in mechanical and electrical design, installation and maintenance, asbestos surveying and remedial work and security services, and specialist cleaning operations. Project Services is engaged in the design, construction and maintenance of buildings and infrastructure. Equipment Services is engaged in the design, hire and sale of formwork, falsework and associated access equipment. PFI Investments is engaged in transaction structuring and management of the of the Company’s PFI activities. On January 11, 2008, the Company acquired R & D Holdings Ltd and its wholly owned subsidiary R & D Security Manufacturing Ltd.
