In September 2008, SPARK sold DX3 Limited to IMImobile. In April 2008, SPARK sold its interest in IMIsoft Engineering Ltd to Ramboll, a Danish engineering group. During the fiscal year ended March 31, 2009 (fiscal 2009), the Company deconsolidated its Aspex Semiconductor Ltd.
