X-Phonics plc is engaged in the management of music artistes, and the writing and publishing of songs. The Company has a number of artists who have been contracted to the Company because of their capability of being developed. Working with the Company's artists are a number of song writers who collaborate on projects, or who work individually and who also work on external projects. As of September 30, 2008, the Company’s wholly owned subsidiaries include X-Phonics Music Limited, X-Phonics Music Publishing Limited, White Noise Music Limited, X-Phonics Records Limited and X-Phonics Productions Limited.
