In February 2011, the Company completed the sale of Lisheen operation and a 74% interest in Black Mountain Mining (Proprietary) Limited. In August 2012, the Company completed the acquisition of a 40% interest in De Beers from CHL. On November 23, 2012, the Company sold Scaw South Africa (Pty) Ltd.
