Intu Properties PLC, formerly Capital Shopping Centres Group PLC, is a Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT). It is a developer, owner and manager of pre-eminent United Kingdom regional shopping centres. The Company's assets consist of five major out-of-town centers, which include the Trafford Centre, Lakeside, Metrocentre, Braehead and Cribbs Causeway. The Company also consists of nine town and city centres, which includes Arndale, Victoria Centre, the Harlequin, St David�s, Eldon Square, Chapelfield, the Chimes, the Potteries and the Glades. The Company�s subsidiaries include Belside Limited (property) (Jersey), Braehead Glasgow Limited (property), Braehead Park Investments Limited (property), Braehead Park Estates Limited (property), CSC Harlequin Limited (property), CSC Lakeside Limited (property), CSC Enterprises Limited (commercial promotion), CSC Properties Investments Limited (property) and CSC Bromley Limited (property).
