F&C Asset Management plc (F&C) is an asset management company. The Company�s customers include insurance companies, institutional, retail and wholesale investors, for whom it manages investments, including fixed income, equities, property and alternative asset classes. The Company operates in three segments: F&C, F&C REIT and Thames River Capital (TRC). F&C owns a 70% interest in &C REIT Asset Management LLP. F&C REIT Asset Management LLP is a real estate fund manager. As of March 31, 2012, F&C REIT had a global portfolio of properties under management, with offices in London, Dublin, Mumbai, Munich and Stockholm. Thames River Capital LLP offers both traditional and alternative strategy investment management for professional investors, through a number of single and multi-manager funds. Some of its subsidiaries include FP Asset Management Holdings Limited, F&C Asset Management Services Limited, ISIS Investment Manager plc, F&C Managed Pension Funds Limited and F&C Treasury Limited.
