In January 2012, Controll-Zona Kft and Secret Or Kft was acquired in Hungary. In February 2012, G4S Cash Solutions (Sverige) AB was disposed of in Sweden. In June 2012, it acquired The Facilities Management Group (Pty) Limited. In July 2012, its G4S Beheer B.V. acquired Protekt B.V. (Protekt). In September 2012, its G4S International (DK) A/S disposed G4S Holdings (Polska) Sp. Z.o.o. In September 2012, through SSE DO Brasil Ltda, it acquired 100% of a security provider Vanguarda Seguranca e Vigilancia Ltda. In October 2012, it acquired two companies from the ASC-Group: ASC NV and ASC Safety Services BVBA.
