iShares FTSE/Macquarie Global Infrastructure 100 (the Fund) is an exchange-traded fund. The Fund’s investment objective is to provide total return (both capital and income returns), which reflects the return of its benchmark index, Macquarie Global Infrastructure 100. The Macquarie Global Infrastructure 100 is designed to reflect the stock performance of companies within the infrastructure industry, principally those engaged in management, ownership and operation of infrastructure and utility assets. The Fund invests in sectors, such as electricity, multiutilities, gas distribution, transportation services, pipelines, water and telecommunications equipment. The Fund’s investment manager is Barclays Global Investors Limited.
