As of December 31, 2011, in Australasia, INM had 30.4% investment in APN News & Media Limited, a newspaper publisher in New Zealand and regional publisher in Australia. INM�s digital suite of publishing platforms includes independent.ie and 14 local news brands/titles. INM also owns Northern Ireland�s online newspaper portal, which is belfasttelegraph.co.uk, and classifieds portal, which include PropertyNews.com, NIjobfinder.co.uk and NIcarfinder.co.uk. In December 2011, INM acquired International house Dublin. During the year ended December 31, 2011, INM acquired 33.3% interest in CarsIreland.ie.
