IPPlus PLC operates through two principal subsidiaries, CallScripter Ltd and IPPlus (UK) Limited. The Company�s brands include CallScripter, IP3 Telecom, Ansaback and Ancora Solutions. It operates in three business sectors: Ansaback, CallScripter and Ancora. IP3 Telecom is the telecoms division of Ansaback. CallScripter is a software house producing customer interaction management (CIM) software tools for the contact centre market. As of June 30, 2011, the software was installed both within the United Kingdom in call centers and internationally through multi channel delivery partners. IP3 Telecom is an interactive voice response and call handling software. Ansaback is a 24/7 bureau contact centre operation. Ancora is document and data solutions. The Company delivers a national and international service in the medical and scientific industries, as well as industrial and professional sectors. On January 21, 2011, it acquired, through IPPlus (UK) Limited, Ancora Solutions Limited.
