JPMorgan Elect plc is a United Kingdom-based investment trust. The Company�s investment objectives are long-term capital growth from investing in a range of investment trusts and open-ended funds; growth of income with potential for long-term capital growth by investing in equities, investment companies and fixed income securities, and preservation of capital with a yield based on short-term interest rates by investing in a range of liquidity funds and short dated AAA-rated United Kingdom government securities and G7 Government securities hedged into sterling. Some of the sectors in which the Company invests include financials, consumer goods, oil & gas and telecommunications. As of August 31, 2012, the Company�s investment portfolio included JPMorgan Claverhouse Investment Trust plc, JPMorgan UK Dynamic, JPMorgan American Investment Trust plc, JPMorgan US Select Equity and JPMorgan US Growth.
