McKay Securities PLC is a commercial property investment company with real estate investment trust (REIT) company. The Company is engaged in development and refurbishment of commercial property in South East England and central London. The portfolio is split into three main sectors; South East offices 40%, central London offices 30% and South East industrial 21%. Income from the portfolio is generated from a diverse tenant base. During the fiscal year ended March 31, 2012 (fiscal 2012), the Company had 20 open market lettings. In May 2013, the Company completed the off-market freehold acquisition of a 1.2 acre development site in Redhill from Hodnet Properties Ltd. In March 2014, the Company acquired Ashcombe House, Leatherhead, which is an office property. In April 2014, McKay Securities PLC purchased The Mille, 1000 Great West Road, Brentford, London from Forthright Property Investments (Brentford) Ltd.
