The Company has three segments: Injection Molding, Proprietary Extrusion, and Unallocated. The injection molding operations relate to the design and manufacture of injection molded plastic bearings. The proprietary extrusion operations relate to the design and manufacture of hose mandrel, creasing matrix, and films. The unallocated segment contains the central services, which principally consists of finance and management functions. Its subsidiaries include Plastics Capital Trading Limited, Bell Plastics Limited, Trimplex Safety Tread Limited, BNL (UK) Limited, BNL (Japan) Inc, and Cobb Slater Limited. During the fiscal year ended March 31, 2009, the Company sold its subsidiary, Mulberry Plastics Limited.
