The Company operates in two segments: Business and Consumer. The Business segment facilitates real-time online interactions, which include chat, voice, and content delivery, across multiple channels and screens for global corporations of all sizes. The Consumer segment facilitates online transactions between independent service providers (Experts) and individual consumers (Users) seeking information and knowledge for a fee through real-time chat. In August 2012, it acquired Look.io and the technology assets of Amadesa.
