(Learning Tree) is a global vendor-independent provider of training and education to managers and information technology (IT) professionals working in business and government organizations. The Company has provided training to approximately 1.9 million managers and IT professionals. During the fiscal year ended October 3, 2008 (fiscal 2008), the Company provided training to 94,563 course participants from more than 11,500 organizations globally, including large national and multinational companies, government organizations, and small and medium-size companies. In fiscal 2008, the Company offered a library of intensive instructor-led courses from two to five days in length, comprising 185 different course titles representing 4,248 hours of training, including 131 IT course titles and 54 management course titles.
