Levon Resources Ltd. (Levon) is an exploration-stage company engaged in the exploration and development of natural resource properties. The Company owns a 50% leasehold interest in mineral claims in the Lillooet Mining Division, British Columbia (the Congress Property). The property covers 2,433 hectares (6,012 acres), and consists of 45 claims, and is prospective for gold. It owns a 50% interest in 74 mineral claims in the Gold Bridge area, Lillooet Mining Division, British Columbia (Gold Bridge claims (BRX Project)). In February 2009, Levon signed a letter of intent with Valley High Ventures, whereby the Company will earn a 51% interest in the Cordero Sanson Property, located near Hidalgo Del Parral, Chihuahua, Mexico. Cordero is a silver, gold, lead and zinc project. The Company also has interest in the Eagle claims, and Ruf and Norma Sass properties, all of which are located in Lander County, Nevada, and Wayside claims located in Lillooet Mining Division, British Columbia.
