Description

Calfrac Well Services Ltd. is a provider of specialized oilfield services in Canada, the United States, Russia, Mexico, Argentina and Colombia, including hydraulic fracturing, coiled tubing, cementing and other well stimulation services. Its Canadian segment provides fracturing and coiled tubing services to oil and natural gas exploration and production companies in Alberta, northeast British Columbia, Saskatchewan and southwest Manitoba. The United States segment provides pressure pumping services from operating bases in Colorado, Arkansas, Pennsylvania and North Dakota. It provides fracturing services to oil and natural gas companies in the Piceance Basin of western Colorado, the Uintah Basin of northeast Utah and the Denver-Julesburg Basin. Its Russian segment provides fracturing and coiled tubing services in Western Siberia. In October 2013, Calfrac Well Services Ltd completed the acquisition of all of the operating assets of Mission Well Services, LLC (Mission).
