Loma Linda University (LLU) is a Seventh-day Adventist institution that focuses on health sciences. The university offers more than 50 degree (bachelor's, master's, and doctorate) and certificate programs in the fields of allied health, behavioral health, dentistry, medicine, nursing, pharmacy, public health, and religion. It has an enrollment of approximately 5,000 students. LLU is an affiliate of the Loma Linda University Adventist Health Sciences Center, where physicians and other health-care professionals provide medical care at the Loma Linda University Medical Center campuses. The school was founded in 1905 and is one of 15 Seventh-day Adventist universities.
