It has five key operations: The Hammersmith Apollo, Mean Fiddler, G-A-Y, Barfly and Festivals. The Artist Services division contains five business units: artist management, record producer management, a fledgling recording production business, music publishing and merchandising. The Consumer division consists of four business units: Music and Media Solutions Group Limited (MMSG), Music and Media Solutions Limited (MMS), Campus Group and Slipstream Merchandising LLP (Slipstream). On August 9, 2007, the Company acquired Mean Fiddler Holdings Limited and its 75% subsidiary G-A-Y Group Limited. On June 13, 2008, it acquired 70% of the share capital of Angel Music Group Limited and its wholly owned subsidiaries.
