Its components are found in the primary end markets of the aerospace, appliance, automotive, consumer and industrial equipment markets, communications (including information processing and storage, networking equipment, wireless and terrestrial voice/data systems), rail and other transportation industries. The Company operates in four business segments: Automotive, Interconnect, Power Products and Other. On September 30, 2008, Methode acquired certain assets of Hetronic LLC (Hetronic).
