MGM Energy Corp., formerly MGM Energy Corporation, is an independent Canada-based company. The Company is engaged in acquiring, developing, optimizing, exploiting and producing oil and natural gas reserves and resources in northern Canada. In January 2008, the Company completed the drilling of the Atik P-19 well. The Company is active in two areas: the Mackenzie Delta and the Colville Lake/Sahtu region of the central Mackenzie Valley. The Company's land holdings include both Federal Lands and First Nations Oil and Gas Concessions.
