Metalline Mining Company (Metalline), is an exploration-stage company. The Company is engaged in the business of mining. As of October 31, 2008, the Company owned 16 concessions, which are located in the municipality of Sierra Mojada, Coahuila, Mexico (the Property). The Company conducts its operations in Mexico through its wholly owned Mexican subsidiaries, Minera Metalin S.A. de C.V. (Minera) and Contratistas de Sierra Mojada S.A. de C.V. (Contratistas). The Company owns 16 concessions consisting of 19,408.4148 hectares (about 47,958 acres) in the mining region known as the Sierra Mojada District located in Sierra Mojada, Coahuila, Mexico. Eleven of the mining concessions were purchased from Mexican entities and/or Mexican Individuals and the remaining five mining concessions were granted by the Mexican government.
