The Financial Corporation Company SAOG (FINCORP) is an Oman-based provider of investment banking and financial services. The Company has three main business units, namely Brokerage, Asset Management, and Corporate Finance. The Brokerage unit provides brokerage services. The Asset Management unit offers discretionary portfolio management operations and fund management services, which include the management of such funds as Al Amal Income and Growth Fund and Majan special Opportunities Fund. The corporate finance and advisory services division offers initial public offering, rights issues, privatizations, financial restructuring, fund raising, divestments, mergers and acquisitions mandates and various other financial advisory services. The corporate research unit carries out research on the economy, financial markets, economic sectors and corporations.
