Mega Precious Metals Inc., formerly Mega Silver Inc., is a junior Canada-based precious metal exploration company with projects in Red Lake, the Yukon and Nunavut. The Company has entered into a letter of intent to acquire 100% interest in the Headway property in the Red Lake, Ontario area from King's Bay Gold Corporation. The Company is exploring the Laverty/East My-Ritt Property, located 1.5 kilometers of the west of the town site of Red Lake, Ontario and consists of six mining claims totaling approximately 240 acres. In May 2009, Mega and Skybridge Development Corp. announced the completion of their business combination, pursuant to which Skybridge Development Corp. became a wholly owned subsidiary of Mega.
