The investment seeks long-term growth of capital. The fund invests primarily in common stocks of small cap U.S. companies that the Adviser believes show a high probability of superior prospects for above average growth. The fund advisor considers a small cap company to be one that has a market capitalization, measured at the time the fund purchases the securities, of the greater of (i) $2.5 billion or less or (ii) the capitalization of the largest company by market cap as reported by the Russell 2000 Growth Index. It may invest up to 25% of its net assets in foreign securities traded on foreign exchanges.
