Claymore/Morningstar Services Super Sector Index ETF (the Fund) seeks investment results that correspond generally to the performance of an equity index called the Morningstar Services Super Sector Index (the Index). The Index is designed to identify and track companies in industries whose main source of revenue comes from the provision of services. Eligible Index securities include the total investable universe of the healthcare, consumer services, business services and financial services sectors. Morningstar Inc., the Fund's index provider, classifies companies into the industry that reflects each company's underlying business activities based on the largest source of revenue and income. The securities in the universe are selected using a methodology developed by Morningstar Inc. The Fund will at all times invest at least 90% of its total assets in securities that comprise the Index. The Fund’s investment advisor is Claymore Advisors, LLC.
