Atento S.A. is a provider of customer relationship management and business process outsourcing (CRM BPO) services and solutions in Latin America and Spain. The Company offers a portfolio of CRM BPO services, including customer service, sales, credit management, technical support, service desk and back office services. The Company operates three segments: EMEA, Americas and Brazil. EMEA, which combines the activities carried out regionally in Spain, Morocco and the Czech Republic. The Americas, which includes the activities carried out by the various Spanish-speaking companies in Mexico, Central and South America. It also includes transactions in the United States. Brazil is managed separately in view of its different language. Its services and solutions are delivered across multiple channels, including digital (subscriber identity module (SMS), e-mail, chats, social media and apps, among others) and voice, and are enabled by process design, technology and intelligence functions.
