It serves clients across four businesses: Bank/Broker-Dealer Investor Communication Solutions, Corporate Issuer Solutions, Mutual Fund and Retirement Solutions, and Global Technology and Operations Solutions. The Company’s businesses operate in two segments: Investor Communication Solutions involves the processing and distribution of proxy materials to investors in equity securities and mutual funds. Securities Processing Solutions offers computerized real-time transaction processing services that automate the securities transaction lifecycle.
