GreenHunter Resources, Inc. is a diversified environmental services company. Through its wholly-owned subsidiary GreenHunter Water, LLC, the Company provides Total Water Management Solutions in the oilfield. The Company’s approach to water management includes fixed-facility and mobile water treatment systems (Frac-Cycle), an expanding portfolio of UIC Class II Salt Water Disposal wells with hauling and fresh water logistics services; a modular above-ground storage tank system (MAG Tank), and compliance tracking technologies (RAMCAT) that allows producers to reduce costs while they account for their fluids from cradle-to-grave and adhere to emerging regulations. The Company operates in two reportable segments: Water Management and Biomass. The Company’s Water Management segment is in operation and has a number of projects under development. Its Biomass segment is in the development stage.
