Menu Foods Income Fund (the Fund) is an open-ended trust. The Fund was created to hold, directly or indirectly, investments in entities engaged in the manufacture and sale of pet food products, including the securities or assets of Menu Foods Limited (Menu). It is the indirect owner of Menu, a North American private label/contract manufacturer of wet pet food products, which are sold primarily to retail and wholesale operations in the United States and Canada.
