Meritage Hospitality Group Inc. (Meritage) operates 49 Wendy's Old Fashioned Hamburgers quick-service restaurants in Western and Southern Michigan. Meritage, a Wendy's franchisee, serves approximately nine million customers annually. The Wendy's menu features hamburgers and chicken sandwiches, all of which are prepared to order with the customer’s choice of condiments, and also includes items, such as chili, baked and French fried potatoes, chicken nuggest, salads, soft drinks, Frosty desserts and children’s meals. The Company is also O'Charley’s franchisee, operating four O'Charley’s casual dining restaurants in Michigan.
