Planes, trains, and automobiles rely on Michelin North America (MNA)'s tires to make their rounds. So do airplanes; bicycles; motorcycles; heavy trucks and agriculture, off-road, and specialty vehicles (like NASA's lunar rover). With some 19 manufacturing facilities in 16 locations in the US, Canada, and Mexico, MNA makes and sells tires stamped with the Michelin, BF Goodrich, and Uniroyal brands. Its tires are sold to consumers, the military, OEMs, and replacement centers. A major subsidiary of France-based tire maker giant Michelin, the company also produces North American road maps and travel guides.
