Mountain Province Diamonds Inc. (MPV) is a natural resource property exploration and development company. The Company has interests in several natural resource properties, the principal property being a 49% interest (including the 4.9% interest in the property held by Camphor Ventures Inc. (Camphor)) in the AK Property located in the Northwest Territories of Canada. The AK Property, also known as the Gahcho Kue Project, is in the advanced exploration stage. The Company’s subsidiaries include Baltic Minerals BV, Baltic Minerals Finland OY and Baltic Minerals Finland OY.
