Nara Bancorp, Inc. (Nara Bancorp) is a bank holding company. The Company offers a range of commercial banking and consumer financial services through its wholly owned subsidiary, Nara Bank (the Bank). It has three primary segments: Banking Operations, Trade Finance Services and Small Business Administration Lending Services. Its subsidiaries include Nara Loan Center and Nara Real Estate Trust. It has 21 branches and six loan production offices. The Bank offers deposits, a variety of loans including commercial business loans, commercial real estate loans, trade finance loans, Small Business Administration (SBA) loans and various consumer loans. It also offers automated teller machines (ATM), courier services to qualifying customers, personal banking, credit card services, travelers’ checks, safe deposit boxes, notary services and other customary bank services.
