ADA-ES, Inc. (ADA-ES) develops and implements environmental technology and provides specialty chemicals that enable coal-fueled power plants to enhance existing air pollution control equipment. The Company serves the market for mercury emission controls through the supply of powdered activated carbon injection (ACI) systems, activated carbon (AC), mercury measurements and related services. ADA-ES has a wholly owned subsidiary called ADA Environmental Solutions, LLC, a 50% interest in ADA Carbon Solutions, LLC (Carbon Solutions), and a 50% interest in Clean Coal Solutions, LLC (Clean Coal). Carbon Solutions has five wholly owned subsidiaries called Crowfoot Supply Company, LLC (Crowfoot Supply), Red River Environmental Products, LLC (Red River), Five Forks Mining, LLC (Five Forks), Bowman Environmental Products, LLC, and Underwood Environmental Products, LLC.
