FuelCell Energy, Inc. (FuelCell Energy) is engaged in the development and production of stationary fuel cells for commercial, industrial, government and utility customers. Its Direct FuelCell (DFC) power plants are generating power at over 55 locations worldwide. The Company’s products have generated over 400 million kilowatt hour (kWh) of power using a variety of fuels, including renewable wastewater gas, food and beverage waste, natural gas and other hydrocarbon fuels. The products include Direct FuelCell or DFC Power Plants. In addition, the Company develops its carbonate fuel cells, planar solid oxide fuel cell (SOFC) technology.
