Interval Leisure Group, Inc. (ILG) is a provider of membership and leisure services to the vacation industry. ILG's principal business segment, Interval, makes available vacation ownership membership services to the individual members of its exchange networks, as well as related services to developers of vacation ownership resorts. The Company operates through Interval and Aston segments. The Interval segment consists of Interval International, Inc. and its subsidiaries. During the fiscal year ended December 31, 2008, Interval represented approximately 85% of ILG's consolidated revenue. Aston (formerly ResortQuest Hawaii or RQH) provides hotel and resort management and vacation rental services to vacationers and vacation property owners across Hawaii. During the fiscal year ended December 31, 2008, Aston represented approximately 15% of ILG's consolidated revenue. In August 20, 2008, IAC InterActiveCorp announced that it completed the spin-off of ILG.
