Description

Tetra Tech, Inc. is a provider of consulting, engineering, program management, construction and technical services focusing on resource management, infrastructure and the environment. The Company serves its clients by providing solutions to fundamental needs for water, environmental and alternative energy services. Its solutions span the entire life cycle of the project and include applied science, research and technology, engineering, design, construction management, construction, operations and maintenance, and information technology. The Company operates in four segments: Environmental Consulting Services (ECS), Technical Support Services (TSS), Engineering and Architecture Services (EAS) and Remediation and Construction Management (RCM). On January 28, 2009, the Company acquired the Wardrop Engineering, Inc. In June 2009, the Company acquired Bryan A. Stirrat & Associates (BAS), a Southern California-based consulting and engineering firm.
