Atlas Air Worldwide Holdings, Inc. (AAWW) is a global provider of outsourced aircraft and aviation operating services. AAWW is a holding company with an operating subsidiary, Atlas Air, Inc. (Atlas), which is wholly owned. AAWW also maintains a 49% interest in Global Supply Systems Limited (GSS) and has a 51% economic interest and 75% voting interest in Polar Air Cargo Worldwide, Inc. (Polar). AAWW is also parent company of many wholly owned subsidiaries collectively referred to as Titan. The Company�s fleet is of 747 freighters. Its customers include airlines, express delivery providers, freight forwarders, the United States military and charter brokers. AAWW provides global services with operations in Africa, Asia, Australia, Europe, the Middle East, North America and South America. As of December 31, 2013, it had 1,792 employees, 959 of whom were pilots.
