Description

Arctic Cat Inc. (Arctic Cat) designs, engineers, manufactures and markets snowmobiles and all-terrain vehicles (ATVs) under the Arctic Cat brand name, as well as related parts, garments and accessories. The Company markets its products through a network of independent dealers located throughout the United States, Canada, and Europe and through distributors representing dealers in Europe, South America, the Middle East, Asia and other international markets. The Company�s snowmobile models are categorized as Performance, Crossover, Mountain, Touring and Utility. As of March 31, 2010, the Company�s ATV products had 31 models. For the fiscal year ended March 31, 2011 (fiscal 2011), snowmobiles accounted for 39%, ATVs accounted for 39% and garments and accessories accounted for 22%, of the Company�s revenues.
