Arctic Cat Inc. designs, engineers, manufactures and markets snowmobiles and all-terrain vehicles (ATVs) and recreational off-highway vehicles (side-by-sides or ROVs), as well as related parts, garments and accessories. The Company offers its products under the Arctic Cat and MotorFist brand names. The Company's operations include three operating segments: snowmobile, ATV and parts, garments and accessories (PG&A). It markets its products through a network of independent dealers located throughout the United States, Canada, and Europe and through distributors representing dealers in Europe, Russia, South America, the Middle East, China, Asia and other international markets. Its snowmobiles are sold in the United States, Canada, Scandinavia, Russia and other international markets. The Company offers Prowler utility side-by-side vehicle, which is configured with a range of different engines that are manufactured by it, and also includes a rear cargo box and dual bucket seats.
